Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns (Non-Defective Items)

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging

If you wish to return an item within 30 days for reasons such as change of mind or preference:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

In these cases, we will cover any applicable costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 business hours to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
